Japanese horror written and directed by Norio Tsuruta. Teacher Hideki Satomi is parked at a roadside making an important work phone call when he comes across a scrap of newspaper. Reading it he is shocked to discover that it seemingly predicts his own five year old daughter Nana’s death. He looks back to his car, where his wife is struggling to free Nana from her seat, when a truck suddenly crashes into the car, killing the young girl. Three years later the couple are divorced, and Hideki has become obsessed with the paranormal. He spends all of his time investigating the theory of the newspaper that predicts death, and meets a number of people who have also had loved ones die in a similar way. He becomes convinced that he can bring Nana back – but as he soon learns, it will mean making the ultimate sacrifice…
